Northlink College’s students will be taking over the CPUT Auditorium in Symphony Way, Belhar on 17 May at 19:00 as they will be showcasing their talents for the public. The students will be participating for prizes and the title of Northlink’s Got Talent 2013. Students will be dancing, singing, acting and much more on the night along with the main act for the evening, none other than the 2010 SA’s got Talent Runner up!
Says Patricia Jacobs, Northlink College Student Support Manager and team leader of the event: “Student Support Services is glad that with this exciting initiative, we will be developing the cultural sphere of the student as well as contributing to the lives of students that are less fortunate at the College.”
The highlight of this year’s event, besides the spectacular talent that will be on the stage, is the inclusion of Limited Edition Drum Corps that have been electrifying audiences over South Africa with their performances. “Limited Edition Drum Corp is one of the best acts in the country and therefore Northlink College would like to associate itself with an act that is impacting the lives of others just like the SSS is impacting the lives of the Northlink College students,” adds Patricia.
Tickets, only R30, are available at Student Support Services on (021) 970 9110 and at the seven campuses. There will also be spot prizes galore! Check out the video for more: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GmHwekLn2hw
