Northlink College Protea Campus Lecturers and students battle it out

Northlink College Protea Campus in Bellville plays host to the epic soccer game that sees the students take on the lecturers for bragging rights. Another chapter of this battle was written on Friday 15 February 2013.

This is an annual event and according to the players, it is one that they look forward to every year. The students have been in the losing side for a couple of years now, but 2013 brought with it a new chapter, a winning chapter for the students as they won 2-1 this year.

Says Mr Titus, Lecturer at Northlink College Protea Campus and captain of the lecturers’ team: “This event is one that both sides enjoy every year and is to help us not only build a relationship with our students, but to envoke a “gees” that these students take with them into the class and their studies.”

The players would like to thank their supporters for the coming out and supporting them during this epic game.
