Northlink College Intern Receives Top Achiever CEO Award
Clive Dube, a Northlink College intern in the Financial Department at the Central Office, received the prestigious CEO Award at Northlink College Annual Award Ceremony on Friday, 25 May 2012 at His People Centre, N1 City. Clive obtained an average of 87% for his National Certificate (Vocational) Finance, Economics and Accounting course over the past three years.
Clive has been consistent throughout his course maintaining good results and working hard to achieve the best results. When asked how it was possible to achieve such outstanding results he said: “When I started my course I told myself I wanted to pass well, not just pass.” He attended the majority of his classes and never missed a deadline while working in conjunction with his lecturers.
Clive is planning to complete his N6 National Certificate in Financial Management and study further at a University, part-time.
“I will forever cherish that moment I received the award at the Awards Ceremony. It was very humbling and special too. Northlink staff has shaped me to become somebody in life, for that, I’m grateful,” added Clive when asked about the reward he received on the night of the Award Ceremony.
Northlink College is very proud to have given this CEO Award to Clive. He has not only proved to himself, but also proved to the young South Africans and fellow students that by working hard they too can achieve exceptional results.
