Northlink College will be hosting their annual Open Days on Friday, 19 and Saturday, 20 April 2013 from 09:00-14:00. Schools and communities are invited to attend these fun-filled days. The Open Days gives the College an opportunity to show prospective students, who have completed their grade 9-12, what career paths are available to them. These students will have the chance to gain valuable theoretical and practical experience during these two days at the campuses. The lecturers and support staff will be able to assist with career advice that will help the students to pursue their field of study. Don’t have money to study? Then don’t worry! Students that attend the Open Days will find out more on how to apply for a bursary that covers their studies.
All seven Northlink campuses are situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, namely: Belhar, Bellville, Goodwood, Parow, Protea, Tygerberg and Wingfield campuses and will be accessible on both Open Days.
Potential students will see facilities such as the state-of-the-art workshops at the engineering campuses. These workshops will give these student a good indication what to expect when they start working. Those who will be visiting the Protea Campus will also get a tour of the Northlink College Lifestyle Store that was launched in February 2013. PLEASE NOTE: The shuttle service will only operate on the Saturday between the campuses.
One lucky person will stand a chance to win an iPad mini (Entry forms will circulate and must be submitted on 19 or 20 April 2013).
