Introduction
Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be awarded the Occupational Certificate: Fitness Instructor (SAQA ID 118689), a qualification recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). This certification opens up various opportunities in the fitness industry, including roles in gyms, fitness centers, wellness programs, and private practice
General
This qualification will enable the learner to screen, assess, monitor and manage health related fitness and wellness programmes. A qualifying learner will promote and provide safe and effective physical activity participation to meet participants’ fitness requirements as well as provide educated advice on lifestyle change for improved well-being.
